自9月底順利交付知名制漿造紙企業的首批雙相鋼塔器以來，大明重工在近日又陸續交付了西門子能源GNA II冷凝器、制漿造紙設備雙相鋼反應器預制項目，進一步彰顯了大明容器類產品的“一站式”加工制造服務優勢，也鞏固了大明在預制出口項目上的“硬核”實力和服務決心。
西門子能源有限公司是一家業務覆蓋發電、輸電、能源工業應用、新能源和可再生能源完整能源價值鏈的技術企業，與大明重工于2022年1月正式簽約出口巴西的大型冷凝器設備制造服務。
Siemens Energy is a technology enterprise with business covering the complete energy value chain of power generation, transmission, energy industrial applications, new energy and renewable energy. In Jan. 2022, Siemens signed an official contract with Da Ming Heavy Industry to export large-scale condenser equipment manufacturing services to Brazil.
該套設備總重688噸，是目前西門子能源在中國制造的最大冷凝器之一，其核心部件采用了方形管板，內含5萬多根鈦材換熱管，其中管子管板的焊接要求非常嚴格。
With a total weight of 688 tons, this set of equipment is one of the largest condensers manufactured by Siemens Energy in China. Its core components are square tube plates containing more than 50,000 titanium heat exchange tubes.

該客戶為國際知名造紙企業，首批交付的兩批產品為雙相鋼反應器和塔器預制項目。依托豐富的材料資源、一流生產設備等優勢，大明重工順利完成了從原材料、切割下料、刨邊、圈圓成型、壓制、預制、包裝，再到發貨的多道服務工序。

雙相鋼反應器
兩批預制項目采取分段預制的方式，在制造過程中需要嚴格控制設備組件的尺寸，以確保設備到達巴西現場后能順利組裝成整體設備。為確保高質量交付，大明重工各部門多方協調溝通、緊密配合，技術、工藝、生產、質量等各小組同心協力克服技術難題。
